You have the right to return your order or specific items of your order within 14 days after receipt without any reason. Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept new and unused items. We will not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed.
If you want to return your order, please, send the e-mail to email@example.com with your order ID and confirmation of willingness to return in your own words. That will be enough to confirm your return within the allowed time limit.
Place the item(s) you would like to return in the box and return to us, including the delivery note, which you will find in the package. Please enter the reasons for the return on the delivery note. Unfortunately, we are not able to carry the costs of your return parcel but we do reimburse the delivery fee charged with the order.
As soon as your return has been received by our Customer Service, you will receive a confirmation notification. We will refund the full amount to your bank account or credit card account. If you did not include your banking details (IBAN, Bic, Credit Institution and Name) with the returned goods, you can simply send them to us via email.
We do not have an exchange service. You can of course return any product that you are not fully satisfied with. As soon as your returned parcel reaches our warehouse, your refund will be issued. If you would like another product, colour or size, please place a new order.
